Pippermint is an alcoholic drink made from mint, green in color and highly aromatic. It is a liquor of about 40 alcoholic degrees that is usually drunk very cold, alone or as an ingredient in a cocktail where a pleasant touch of mint is needed. Although it is made in various countries, pippermint originates from France.
