Fino-Moriles
The fine wine is a type of "fortified" wine, typical of the area of Jerez and Montilla-Moriles in Andalusia. Contains an alcohol content of 15 degrees, made from Palomino and Pedro Ximénez and should be served very cold. For its preparation, after obtaining the juice, wine alcohol is added about 15 degrees (with the exception of Montilla-Moriles fine already has a graduation of 14 to 15 degrees due to the climate of the area), at the end, the wine is aged using solera and criaderas systems.
