Spanish fortified wines

The fortified wine is a type of wine originating in Spain that is made ​​from selected varieties, following a traditional biological aging processes, obtaining wines with an alcohol content higher than 15%. Fortified wines are Amontillado fines from Jerez, Montilla-Moriles and Condado de Huelva, Manzanilla from Sanlúcar de Barrameda, and we can also find Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez, Moscatel, Mistela and Rancio.
