In Spain, many types of liqueurs are made since there is a long tradition in the production of liqueur in various parts of the Spanish geography. The most widespread are the herbal liqueurs, good examples are the Ruavieja herbal liqueur or the soft “Aromas de Montserrat”. We also find great coffee liqueurs or excellent creams such as pomace cream or Catalan cream liqueur.
