Grappa

Grappa is a type of brandy that is made from the pomace of the grape, that is, from all those parts that are not used or are discarded for the production of wine. We find many examples around the world of this type of drink, but Grappa originates from Italy, since it has a designation of origin protected by the European Union. Grappa must be made only with pomace and distilled directly without adding water.
