Tokaji

The term Tokaji is used to refer to wines from the Tokaj-Hegyalja region in Hungary. The wine's origin dates back to the seventeenth century when, because of the wars against the Turks and Germanic wine harvest was delayed until November, resulting in a much sweeter wine.
