These Terms and General Conditions of Purchase, together with the specific conditions that may be established, are those which expressly regulate the relations arising between THE FINE SPIRITS CORNER website and the User, which accepts these conditions when the services provided by this website are used.

  1. Product sales from THE FINE SPIRITS CORNER have no geographical limitation. In the event that the destination of a purchase is not collected in the shipping charges table, the User should contact info@spiritscorner.com and the rate for the particular order and destination will be provided.

Order confirmation

  1. Once the order of the request is received, THE FINE SPIRITS CORNER will send the client a confirmation e-mail confirming the purchase. THE FINE SPIRITS CORNER will be responsible for archiving all the details of the request and the User.

Payment method

    OTHER PAYMENT METHODS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The amount of the order plus the shipping charges will be charged at the time that the order is carried out.

Shipment of the order

  1. The order will be sent as soon as possible, always depending on the availability of the products purchased. The client will be informed of any incident and the shipping date of the order. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. If the client wants delivery on a Saturday in the peninsular territory they must communicate it, and they will be given a customized rate for each event.

Delivery incidents and order returns

  1. In the event that any kind of delivery incident took place or that the User wishes to carry out a return of the order received, they must make this known by sending an email to info@spiritscorner.com within 24 hours after the order is received.

    To make a return, the client must notify THE FINE SPIRITS CORNER and return it within 7 business days in its original packaging indicating the reasons for the return. THE FINE SPIRITS CORNER will pay for the return shipping charges in the event that the product was in poor condition, otherwise the client shall bear these charges.

    In the event that the packaging is in poor condition and there are obvious signs of breakage, the client must reject delivery, stating the cause in the transport company’s packing slip. If they want to accept it, they must take photographs of the package where signs of damage to the contents are clearly observed and send them to info@spiritscorner.com within 24 hours after receipt of the shipment. THE FINE SPIRITS CORNER will assume the costs of reshipping the order. It will not be liable for breakage that may occur as a result of the inadequate handling of the products by the client.
