Cazalla is a type of brandy similar to dry anise, which is obtained from the distillation of anise. Made exclusively in the town of Cazalla de la Sierra, Andalusia, by two producers, "Miura" and "El Clavel", following artisanal production methods. This type of anise is considered one of the best in Spain.
