Cream liqueurs have the special characteristic of containing, together with the ethanol of all liqueurs, milk cream. They are the easiest liqueurs to consume, since they are very soft and are very pleasant for the palate. Cream liqueurs are made in many countries, but it can be said that the king of cream liqueurs is made in Ireland, it would be the "Baileys" known around the world for its smoothness and good flavor. In Spain we also have excellent cream liqueurs, such as the "Crema catalana" made from a traditional Catalan dessert or the "Cremas de Orujo" similar to Baileys but with much more character and flavor.
